- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) 8 James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Volunteer Uniforms. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this procurement is 315990 Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing. Procurement will be total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Interested offerors would need to be registered in SAMS and VIP. SDVOSB must be VIP verified: https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ At the time of submission of offers/quotes, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a Small business concern under the North American Industry Classification System code 315990 assigned to the acquisition.
