- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is NICHD-20-164a and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 339999 and the business size standard is 500e. However, this solicitation is not set aside for small business. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) have a requirement for a vendor who can provide the following new Azure manufacturer products, setup and services: 1. ITEM# IS1024 Sapphire Biomolecular Imager � NIR - QTY (1) EA Laser based scanning system with excitation wavelengths at 685 nm and 784 nm. Includes Sapphire Mat, USB connector, power cable. 2. ITEM# IS1018 Sapphire Q-Module - 520 Laser Upgrade � QTY (1) EA Upgrade Sapphire NIR Biomolecular Imager to include 520nm laser and detector 3. ITEM# IS1003 Chemiluminescence Module � QTY (1) EA Upgrade Sapphire Biomolecular Imager to chemiluminescence detection and white 4. ITEM# IS2011 Sapphire Laptop Computer � QTY (1) EA Windows 10 laptop configured with Sapphire Capture Software for use with Sapphire Biomolecular Imager. Includes Sapphire Capture Software. ITEM# IS2004 Azure Sapphire 12 Month Service Contract Extension � QTY (1) EA Extends or grants an additional 12 months of Service Contract for Azure Sapphire Biomolecular Imager Each 9. ITEM# AC2120 Incubation Tray- 7x5 cm (opaque black top and bottom) � QTY (1) EA for staining and washing light sensitive gels and membranes. Includes 5 trays. 10. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in the offeror's quote being determined unacceptable.
