�Notice ID: EXIM-20-00991-OSB-1 This is a Special Notice of Intent is to award a firm fixed-price contract to Nice-in-Contact legal entity name �inContact, Inc.� located at 75 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Tower 1, Sandy, UT,� in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(2)(ii) for sole source contracts exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561422. This proposed contract action is for the Export-Import Bank�s Office of Small Business (OSB) is implementing Phone, Chat and Email software technology for EXIM�s in-house Contact Center, Business Credit Division, and Client Care Unit that will be responsible for responding to inquiries from, and reaching out to, customers and other stakeholders and EXIM�s products and services.� It is the intent of the solicitation to procure software functionality that will allow the staff and management to better handle, track, and monitor calls received and made by OSB staff. For all Covered Information Systems, the contractor shall comply with all security requirements, including but not limited to the regulations and guidance found in the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2014 (�FISMA�), Privacy Act of 1974, E-Government Act of 2002, National Institute of Standards and Technology (�NIST�) Special Publications (�SP�), including NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, and 800-60 Volumes I and II, Federal Information Processing Standards (�FIPS�) Publications 140-2, 199, and 200, OMB Memoranda, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (�FedRAMP�). The Contractor must be FedRAMP Moderate. Nice-in-Contact (inContact, Inc.) has obtained their FEDRAMP Moderate certification. Response Date/Time This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Wednesday July 22, 2020 at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST).� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon capability responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any vendors who believe they can provide the supplies/services required can provide proof of their ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of; Contracting Officer Kevin Alexander at kevin.alexander@exim.gov.
