- A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source. For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract deem only one source reasonably available. Gartner, Inc., 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT 06902-7700, is the sole source for the Communications Leadership Council � Enhanced Internal Communications. The Office of Public Affairs (OPA) is specifically looking for a �Communications Leadership Council � Enhanced Internal Communications� which functions as a proprietary network of industry professionals who share communications best practices, research, and support tools amongst one-another to navigate business challenges and enhance communications efforts throughout the organization. It is important to OPA that the Communications Leadership Council � Enhanced Internal Communications they join expand beyond the Government sector to include numerous large, successful public sector organizations, in order to gain broader communication experiences and insights to help them in their mission.� The government intends to use FAR Part 12.6 and 13 to purchase the above listed item. The government contemplates a one-year Purchase Order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for these items is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The size standard is $27,500,000. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than Thursday, July 30, 2020 10:00 a.m. EDT. E-mail statements will be accepted but senders are responsible for ensuring the complete transmission and timely receipt. All inquiries shall be sent via e-mail to: Tammy T.
