NOTICE OF INTENT TITLE:�� Tube-launched Optically-tracked Wire-guided (TOW) Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) Mobile � Collective Skills Trainer (CST) Identification Number:� ID04200078 Issuance Date:� July 15, 2020 NAICS Code:� 561990 PSC:� R706 Contract Type:� Firm Fixed Price Responses shall be submitted no later than July 30, 2020 (15 days). The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Assisted Acquisition Services Division (AASD) has received a requirement from the U. S. Army Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office, formerly Close Combat Weapon Systems (CCWS) Project office.� TAGM Project Office� requires transportation, maintenance, and set up/teardown of the Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided (TOW) Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) Mobile Collective Skills Trainer (CST) to provide transportation, maintenance, and set up/teardown of the CST. This is a Notice of Intent that GSA anticipates making a Firm Fixed Price award to SPEVCO, Inc., Cage Code 3EVD5, IAW FAR 6.302-1(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. SPEVCO is the equipment manufacturer and possesses the unique skills and knowledge to provide maintenance and support of this effort.� The period of performance shall be a basic Period of Performance for 12 months and two 12 month Annual Options starting October 21, 2020. The contractor shall transport the CST from a government designated location to specified locations and place it into a ready to use configuration.� Upon completion of the training event at each designated location, the contractor shall prepare the CST, returning it to a ready to travel configuration, for transportation to the next designated location. The contractor shall provide all necessary services to transport the CST to the desired locations identified by the Government.� The�contractor shall provide training support materials that will be issued to students at the end of each event. Once the CST arrives at a location the contractor shall perform all functions necessary to have the trailer fully operational to include extract and level pods, fuel the generator, maintain the generator, and mount all monitors and other items that were stored during transport.� The contractor shall also provide all maintenance required to keep the trailer fully operational for each trip. Questions regarding this synopsis must be submitted in writing via email to the below identified issuing office point of contact no later than the aforementioned date and time. Oral communication is not accepted on this notice of intent. No other communications, whether oral or in writing, will modify or supersede the terms of this synopsis document. This Notice of Intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offerors.� However, all information received by July 30, 2020, will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The solicitation will not be posted.� Any questions regarding the requirement must be submitted via email only to leigh.gunter@gsa.gov and Kimberly.parker@gsa.gov.
