- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH THE ARBINGER INSTITUTE 20th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price order, in accordance with FAR Part 12-Acquisitions of Commercial Items.� The acquisition for Outward Mindset Implementation leadership and professional development training.�� The North American Industry Classfication System Code (NAICS) is 611430.� The� Standard Size (in millions of dollars) is $11 million. The Government intends to solicit with only once source under authority of FAR 5.202(a)(6) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).� This notice is not requested for competitve proposals.� Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist below NLT 22 July 2020 at 1:00 PE Eastern Standard Time.�� Based upon responses to this notice, the Government will determine if this proposed acquisition should be opent to competition.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� If you have specific questions, please email Contract Specialist at darrel.ford.3@us.af.mil.
