- PLEASE BE ADVISED, THE SMALL BUSINESS NETWORKING SESSION for the Flight Dynamics Research Facility, NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA (Design/Build) HAS�BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Due to concerns related to COVID-19, it has been decided to reschedule this event to�later date. This notice will be revised when�more information is available. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you. Solicitation Number 47PD0220CMM03 Small businesses are invited to attend a networking session for Design/Build (Architectural/Engineering and Construction) services for the new Flight Dynamics Research Facility at the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA. Small businesses, to include but limited to, women-owned, small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran owned and HUBZone are encouraged to attend. The networking session for small business will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 starting at 1:00 PM, EST at the National Institute of Aerospace, 100 Exploration Way, Hampton, VA 23666. The purpose of this session is intended to facilitate an introduction of available small businesses to the short-listed firms that have been identified to move forward toward of this unique project. Small business firms are encouraged to prepare a capability statement to provide to the short-listed firms at the networking session. A sample format is provided in this announcement. Registration is MANDATORY. Each firm will be limited to attendance of three (3) personnel.
