Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to issue a sole source procurement to Sanjole, Inc. for the purchase of an upgrade to existing proprietary Sanjole Wireless Protocol Analyzer�through software to allow for the acquisition and analysis of 3GPP Release 15 Non-standalone messaging as well as non-realtime analysis of �3GPP Release 15 and Release 16 waveform recordings. Sanjole is the sole source for the software platforms on the equipment they manufacture. �Sanjole does not contract to or certify any other companies to re-sell or service their software/hardware platforms. �It is advantageous to the government to upgrade the current system already in place with new software capabilities. Sanjole is the only company that produces a product that meets our requirements. Software is proprietary to equipment already in place.� Ths acquisition is sole source per Statutory Authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.��The supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies orservices will satisfy agency requirements. If your company believes they can provide this exact same proprietary Sanjole�software, request you send your quotation to me, Aron Krischel, Contracting Officer, at aron.krischel@nist.gov.� Your quote is due to me no later than 7/21/2020.��
