- This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice only.� This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).� No solicitation is available at thist time. WHCA is seeking interested vendors for a demonstration day, providing information to assist in development and planning for a globally functional SATCOM system. WHCA intends to hold a vendor demonstration day on 13-14 August 2020 at Fort Belvoir for interested vendors.� During the vendor demonstration day, WHCA is requesting demonstration of SATCOM capabilities in the Very-Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) platform. Scope of Effort � The scope consists of providing globally functional SATCOM systems in the X, Ku- and Ka-bands. The required hardware must be in the VSAT platform. Interested vendors wishing to participate in the demonstration day must request the RFI - SATCOM Vendor Day document from the primary point of contact.� This document contains additional requirements, with associated deadlines�for interested vendors.
