- UPDATE to Solicitation on 12 July�2020: 1)� Solicitation attachments do not require access request. 2)� As a result of this oversight, solicitation is extended to 10 August 2020. 3)� Q&A Period is extended to 17 July�2020. The U.S. Government desires to procure a Fully Contractor-Operated and Maintained Exclusion Use Helicopter to Support Government Natural Resources Mission.� Aerial burning for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA.� The contractor is required to provide a helicopter, pilot, and aerial ignition system to facilitate prescribed burning operations, wildfire suppression, inspection of range and woodland areas, and other forest management and administrative flights.
