- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: THE CORRESPONDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SHALL BE POSTED EMMEDIATLY AFTER THIS NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Records Research Center (RRC) Support services. The VBA intends to make a single (all or none), firm-fixed price award. The period of performance includes a base year and four (4), 12-Month consecutive option periods. This requirement will be competed as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical approach. Applicable NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
