- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 36.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #W50S7L-20-R-0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, Effective 2 July 2020 and DFARS Current to 15 July 2020. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). NAICS Code � 238220. Size standards is $16.5M. Award will be made based on price and past performance. This RFQ has two (2) line items.
