Title: REPAIR CONCRETE BLDG. 192 Location: Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045 (Macomb County) Period of Performance: 90 Calendar Days Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conf erence to be conducted on Thursday 30 July 2020 at 10am LOCAL TIME. Submit Bids no later than Tuesday 18 August 2020 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME Award will be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conf orms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project generally consists of removing and replacing approximately 3500 sq. yards of concrete pavement panels in the Bldg. 192 fuels parking area and� other related work. The work generally includes cleaning, routing, and sealing� of existing cracks and pavement joints.� Also, removal, salvage, and reinstallation of electrical cabinets as well as steel bollard andground construction. Work is to be completed as a �Fixed Price Construction Contract� Estimatedquantities provided on the plan sheets are provided for bidders use and provide for a consistentbasis for the contract fix price. The projects magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This requirement� is��100%set-aside for Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered.
