- Q&A POSTING Q&A Version 1 has been posted. SOLICITATION POSTING Requirement: Refurbishment of approximately 1,000 square foot Adin South House on the Modoc National Forest Location: The project work is located in Adin California off California Highway 139/299. Estimated Magnitude of base and all options (Price Range): between $25,000 and $100,000 Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start as soon as possible after award and be completed within 30 calendar days for base items and an additional 60 days if option items awarded. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236118. The related small business size standard is $39.5 million. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Site Visit/Pre-Quote Conference: The residence will be available to allow contractors to view the inside of the residence on 14 July 20 anytime between the hours of 0800 � 1200.� This is the only date and times the inside will be available for access. Bonds: A bid guarantee is NOT required to be submitted with quote.� If quote is between $35,000 and $100,000, payment bond or ILC will be required for 100% of the award price and be submitted within 10 days after contract award. Inquiries: Any prospective quoter desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing soon enough to allow a reply to reach all prospective bidders before submission of their quotes. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a contract will not be binding. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to beta.SAM.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice. Early notification will not be made to any quoter except Awarded Contractor.
