- Solicitation This is a solicitation notice for the procurement of Bender Dies Kit. This is set aside 100% for small business. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation. When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following: Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively. Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times Please complete information in all �Fill-in� provisions and clauses Please provide a written statement/commercial literature/product brochure etc., to explain how your company is going to meet the technical criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2. Synopsis This synopsis is for the acquisition of Bender Dies Kit. This is 100% small business set aside requirement. FOB destination is Tinker AFB, OK. Once solicitation is posted please make sure all provisions and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable) when submitting a quote. Please send in the actual solicitation completed along with any other documentation to support your company�s quote. Please make sure information stated is readable and legible. This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement, so please state the price on your quote all inclusive ( i.e. shipping, taxes, fees, etc.,).
