NLT 8 May 2020 - email request for one-on-one session NLT 8 May 2020 - email questions to be answered during one-on-one session NLT 8 May 2020 - email response to Attachment 2 Government Questions Requiring Response NLT 15 May 2020 - Governement email one-on-one session scheduled time to companies 20 May 2020 - hold one-on-one sessions 21 May 2020 - last day to email questions, concerns to be answered for POU Industry Day NLT 26 May 2020 - response to questions to be posted on beta.Sam.gov Attachment 1 Industry Day Briefing Slides 4 May 2020 replaces the 23 Apr 2020 version.� Please review Attachment 1 dated 4 May 2020 for additional information. _____ 23 Apr 2020 Original Notice Notice ID FA8224-20-R-0015 Hill AFB Point of Use (POU) Consumables is created to post Industry Day Notice dated 23 Apr 2020.� POU Industry Day Notice contains 5 attachments as follows, Attachment 1 Industry Day Briefing Slides, Attachment 2 Government Questions Requiring Response from Industry, Attachment 3 Draft Statement of Work dated 24 Feb 2020, Attachment 4 Draft Exhibit C Market Basket List, and Attachment 5 Draft Detailed Usage Aug 2018 to Mar 2020.� Attachment 6 Industry Day Q & A will be added at later time to document the responses to questions.�� With current travel restrictions, Industry Day Conference Group Session is being held using electronic format and One-on-One sessions are being held using telecom format.� Reference POU Industry Day Notice attachments for additional information. This Notice ID FA8224-20-R-0015 is related to prior posting FA8224-19-RFI-POU Point of Use (POU) Consumables, Sources Sought, post�date 6 Aug 2019 under NAICS 541614 on FBO.gov.� Beta.SAM.gov replaced FBO.gov. and FBO.gov is not longer used for posting of contract opportunities.�� DESCRIPTION Provide over 2,200 Consumable supplies and shop operating material in accordance with items maintained on the Appendix C Market Basket list.� Contractor maintains ownership of materials until vended by the Government.� Contractor warehouses inventory until stocked into Government owned POU machines.� Items must meet Occupational Safety & Health Administration standards, Military Specifications, Technical Order requirements, and be Trade American Act compliant. Contractor is required to provide Bulk Orders at discounted price.� Number of government owned POU machines includes 200 plus machines with locations in 10 plus buildings across Hill AFB, 10 plus machine locations at 309th Aircraft Maintenance and Regeneration Group AMARG, Davis Monthan AFB and various number of machine locations at Randolph AFB, San Antonio, Texas,� 1 machine location at Utah Test and Training Range UTTR.� Other GSU locations include Vandenberg AFB, Malmstrom AFB, Minot AFB, FE Warren AFB.
