- PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS IN ATTACHED SOLICITATION (PAGE 44) and CAREFULLY READ EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD (PAGES 47 - 48). ---------------------------------------------------------------- Statement of Work (SOW) for 60 MDG/SGCS Endoscope Drying Storage Cabinet Description: 60 MDG/SGCS � Gastroenterology Clinic, General Surgery, and Urology Clinic require endoscope drying storage cabinets. The current endoscope drying cabinets are old and falling apart. The new cabinets request will allow to extend expiration time frame to 30 days (currently 14 days). The new cabinets allow tracking of time in/out/operator and provide continuous compressed air to keep the channels of the endoscopes dry and moisture-free reducing exponentially the ability for bacteria to grow while hanging dormant. Specifications/Salient Characteristics: We are looking for Steelco Drying & Storage Cabinet Model ED 250-3 (3ea) and ED 250-1 (1ea) or equal. The endoscope drying storage cabinets shall meet the following minimum requirements. - The cabinets shall have aseptic storage up to 30 days - The cabinets shall have electronic tracking of drying and storage status - The cabinets shall have barcode reader - The cabinets shall have sterile air filtration with HEPA H 14 filters - The cabinets shall have high storage capacity 9-18 scopes per cabinet - The cabinets shall have built-in air compressor for channel drying - The cabinets electrical requirements are 110V, 60 Hz Point of Contact: After award the contractor shall coordinate with Mr. Paul Plamenco at DGMC at 707-423-7506. Special Requirements: - Vendor offer shall include set up, user training, and removal of old cabinets (5ea) - Vendor shall furnish and install drywall patch and paint affected walls, finish to match facility standard - Vendor shall furnish and install dedicated 20 AMP circuit to each unit, electrical feeds in from top of cabinets - Vendor shall furnish and install seismic anchorage of 4 cabinets - All construction shall be performed in one phase during normal working hours and shall meet established hospital�s infection control standards - Vendor site visit is highly recommended Qualifications/Certifications: N/A
