- The contractor shall provide one (1) High temperature inert gas industrial convection oven with the following salient characteristics: New oven and components All-welded and sealed heavy gauge reinforced 304 stainless steel interior chamber construction Minimum interior chamber dimensions 24 inches x 18 inches x 18 inches (width x depth x height) Minimum interior chamber volume 4.5 cubic feet Heavy gauge steel exterior with protective coating Maximum floor foot-print 15 square feet Maximum temperature between 500oC � 700oC Minimum temperature controllable of room temperature plus 25oC Over temperature protection Inert gas controls Purge timer Door and door seal designed to maintain seal integrity at all temperatures up to maximum temperature Door safety Chamber pressure gauge and pressure relief valve Adjustable flow meter and purge bypass valve Forced air-cooled outer chamber Gas delivery system High-temperature blower system Eurotherm 3504 Profibus temperature controller.� 50-program, 500-segments. 230V/240V 3-Phase 60Hz 50-60A UL508A control panel Circuit breaker lock-out Emergency Power Off Pushbutton Swivel Casters with Leveling Feet Inert gas single door with right-hand hinge Minimum of eight (8) stainless steel slotted shelves Minimum shelf spacing of 2 inches Minimum of one (1) year labor plus one (1) year parts warranty Two (2) sets of maintenance parts including door gasket, thermocouple Type J, solid-state relay fuses, power switch, and instructions.
