- The US Air Force Academy has a requirement to purchase Pipettes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number FA700020Q0079 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 and FAR part 13.� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07, effective 2 July 2020.
