- IAW the attached SOW 1.0. EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS: 1 Ea - Hobart Model No. AM15VL-2; Brand name or equal Ventless Door Type Dishwasher, Energy Recovery, hot water sanitize, internal condensing system, 40 racks/hr, Straight-thru or corner, solid state controls with digital status, booster heater, electric tank heat, PRV included, auto-fill, stainless steel tank, doors & feet, 208-240/60/3, Energy Star 1 Ea � Custom Stainless dish table Dish table measures 90� long x 30� wide x 34� high. The top is constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with the portion against the wall formed into an 11� high x 2� wide backsplash. All the free edges are formed 3� high into a 1-1/2� diameter with a 180 degree rolled rim. The base of the table is fully open and supported by 1-5/8� O.D x .065 thick stainless steel tubular legs fitted with stainless steel leg sockets and adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. The stainless steel crossrail measures 1-1/4� O.D. x .065 thick and is continuously welded to the legs at approximately 10� of the finished floor. Table to have 3 sinks one with collar weld into for disposer, and rack slides for sinks. 2.0. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW): Secure and disconnect all existing utilities to current machine, and 3-comp sink. Remove and dispose of existing machine, and table Uncrate set in place, and level new machine and 3-compartment sink. Relocate the new water lines and make sure the dishwasher is connected to the back flow device. Install drain lines from the other side to the existing drain. Provide and install new water lines from existing shut offs with-in the room to new sink, and dishwater Provide and install new drain lines from machine, and sinks to existing floor drain. To move dishwasher to other side a J-Box, needs to be installed where the conduit comes out of the wall. Then run a conduit down the wall to new location. Provide and install new 60 amp 3 pole circuit to new dish-machine. Circuit to be feed from current breaker panel Install will be on the right side of the kitchen sink Modification to the cabinets will be required to fit the new dishwasher
