- This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) at Patuxent River, MD, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract type for software licenses and maintenance for Concerto Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) Software Maintenance and Support Services for major programs at DoD sites to Realization Technologies, Inc. 440 North Wolfe Road MS # 52, Sunnyvale, CA 94085-3869. This contract includes support services required to maintain, deploy and sustain the Concerto CCPM application at various sites, and to support special projects involving these sites that may occur from time to time. The scope of this effort is to provide the following types of support in support of existing Concerto implemented sites within the DoD: ����������� On-site and off-site consultation providing technical and functional expertise, primarily involving on-site support but on occasion off-site support.� The on-site support shall include implementation assistance, training on software configuration, organizational roles and responsibilities, management processes, operational use and other support as required. ����������� Annually renewable software maintenance consisting of regular application upgrades, software documentation updates, correction of software errors, and access to a toll-free help desk for existing sites that currently use a Concerto CCPM software package and new sites. The Help Desk shall be available Monday through Friday during the sites' normal business hours, 0600 EST � 1730 EST, to provide functional and technical application support. Help Desk support is not required on Federal holidays. This support is currently provided by Realization Technologies, Inc. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Specifically, sites to be supported include those that form the COMFRC. These include FRC Southwest (Jacksonville, FL), FRC East (Cherry Point, NC), FRC Southwest (San Diego, CA), FRC Northwest (Whidbey Island, WA), FRC West (Lemoore, CA), FRC Mid-Atlantic (Virginia Beach, VA), FRC West Pacific (WESTPAC) (Atsugi, Japan) and FRC Aviation Support Equipment (ASE) (Solomon�s Island, MD).� In addition, it is projected other DoD entities in need of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) services may require support. The anticipated product service code (PSC) is D318 IT and Telecom � Integrated Hardware/Software/Services Solutions, Predominantly Services This Sources Sought notice is not a request for competitive proposals and does not commit the Government to award a contract as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
