Description
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain service and maintenance for the Alcon Constellation Vision System. Period of performance: 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 Basic description of the requirement: Alcon is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and developer of their Constellation Vision System, and is the sole authorized provider of maintenance and support. Alcon will provide a full service agreement to include: OEM parts, travel, labor, 24/7 telephone support, preventative maintenance and as needed repairs. Place of Performance: Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Ave Buffalo, NY 14215 The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Size Standard $20.5 Million). However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by May 20, 2020 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Alcon in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned.
