- The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $39.5 million.� The Connecticut Army National Guard intends to issue a solicitation/synopsis and award(s) for (an) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract(s) for a Construction project to perform alterations and additions to a Fire Suppression Building. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Project, W91ZRS20C0002 AASF�Fire Suppression Building,�includes alterations and additions to an existing building that houses fire suppression equipment. The intent is to replace aging equipment and provide adequate space for the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Windsor Locks, CT.��Applicable Construction Requirements will include, at a minimum:�concrete,�metals and metal framing, thermal and moisture protection, openings and doors, exterior and Interior finishes, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, electronic safety, earthwork, and exterior improvements to soil and turf.�� All interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall, at a minimum, submit the information requested in the attached document titled: Source Sought Information Request Form. This submission must include: (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) A completed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects. �The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact. �Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. �If subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. (5) A letter from your surety with your maximum bonding capacity per project.
