Office of the Principal Legal Advisor Design and Buildout: The United States General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), for the Northwest/Arctic Region (Region 10) is seeking information on technically capable, and otherwise responsible, interested businesses of all sizes (e.g. large businesses, small businesses, including but not limited to, HUBZone , Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), 8(a) program participants (including concerns owned by an Indian tribe or an Alaska Native Corporation)m and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns that would be interested in submitting offers for this anticipated solicitation for Design-Build Services for �the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) Tenant Buildout project at the Henry M.
