Description
This solicitation is for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acqusition Regulation 12.6 and 13.500. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation and quotes are being requested. Award will be based upon the best value to the goverment in terms of price and the vendor meeting or exceeding the technical capabilities outlined in the solicitation. Per FARpart 19.5, the award will be 100% set aside for Small Business. Applicable clauses and provisions are attached. Questions shall be submitted to Patti Lee-Smith, Nebraska National Guard Contracting Specialist via email at patricia.h.lee-smith.mil@mail.mil. All questions must be received prior to 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on 10 August 2020. Requirements Description: Line Item 001: 38 Electrostatic Backpacks The Nebraska Army National Guard needs a self-contained cleaning apparatus that will prevent and respond to the COVID-19 virus. By using EPAregistered biostatic agents, it will provide an antimicrobial (protectant) residual for 30 -60 days. This equipment and cleaning solutions would be used for general, weekly cleaning and protection for all facilities and equipment within the Nebraska Army National Guard. The equipment and cleaning solution needs to sanitize and disinfect equipment, desks, tools, training aids, vehicles, maintenance bays, tools, etc., after each use and at the end of each training assembly. Line Item 002: 114�Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner in one to three gallon containers that are EPA registered meet the criteria to fight multiple viruses including COVID-19. A sanitizing agent that kills on contact and has an effective PH range that kills mold and germs, sprays from different nozzles (3-in-1 nozzle and/or separate nozzles 40/80/110) for different uses and is safe to use around humans and food, but inhibits microbial growth when applied to surfaces.Provides antimicrobial residual on porous or non-porous surfaces for up to 60 days. Can be used for general/weekly cleaning and protection. Line Item 003: 76�quarts of Electrostatic Liquid Cleaner that must be Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered. The solutions that are EPA registered meet the criteria to fight multiple viruses including COVID-19. A sanitizing agent that kills on contact and has an effective PH range that kills mold and germs, sprays from different nozzles (3-in-1 nozzle and/or separate nozzles 40/80/110) for different uses and is safe to use around humans and food, but inhibits microbial growth when applied to surfaces. Provides antimicrobial residual on porous or non-porous surfaces for up to 60 days. Can be used for general/daily/weekly cleaning and protection. Comes in a spray quart size bottle ready to use.
