- This fixed price solicitation was an 8(a) Sole Source set aside. It contains pre-priced CLINs and negotiated CLINs for environmental remedial actions; removal actions; remedial design; expedited and emergency response actions; pilot and treatability studies; remedial action systems operation and maintenance; and other related activities associated with returning sites to safe and acceptable levels of contamination.� Remedial actions may include, but will not be limited to capping landfills, pump-and treat remediation, bioremediation, �soil vapor extraction, natural attenuation, bioventing, air sparging, thermal treatment, phytoremediation, soil washing, and free product recovery.�The area of performance is the NAVFACSE AOR including Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Lousianna, and Missouri.
