- This is a Synopsis of Contract Award in accordance with FAR 5.301. The United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center has awarded The Boeing Company an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract valued at $22,890,000,000. The Basic ID/IQ has a 10-year ordering period and 15-year period of performance to accommodate a maximum of 200 aircraft, nonrecurring engineering (NRE), and product support elements.�The first delivery order has been awarded as an undefinitized contract action with a total not-to-exceed value, including options, of $1,192,215,413. It is a cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price-incentive-fee, firm-fixed-price effort for the F-15EX System. This delivery order provides for design, development, integration, manufacturing, test, verification, certification, delivery, sustainment, and modification of F-15EX aircraft, as well as spares, support equipment, training materials, technical data, and technical support. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri and at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, and is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2023. The�F-15EX Weapon System contract has been awarded using Other than Full and Open Competition procedures citing the authority at 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.�
