Description

This is the Solicitation for a Dredging Project in the Wiley-Dondero Canal located in Massena, NY. The Invitation for Bids and all supporting documentation are provided as attachments. The contractor will�furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials and perform all work for dredging at the Marine Base mooring area and at the Eisenhower Lock spare gate assembly area as described in the project specifications and Contract Drawings. This is a sealed bid solicitation, offers will be publicly opened 10:00am(est) August 19th, 2020. The location of the Public Bid opening�is 180 Andrews Street,�Massena, NY 13662.�Sealed envelopes containing offers shall be marked to show the offeror�s name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time offers are due. Bidders do not need to wait until the day of bid opening to submit their bids and are not required to attend the public bid opening. *This is a recompete of the cancelled Solicitation Notice ID: 6923G520B0500 and�IFB Number: 6923G520B0663.
