- Description
- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Recorded Future, Inc. for subscription to a Cyber threat intelligence platform. ���The Contracting Officer has determined that Recorded Future, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) because Recorded Future, Inc.'s platform is the only known source that can meet all of the requirements for this procurement including scope of threat inelligence, threat surviellence sources and methods, and user functionality of the platform. � The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one base period of 12-months with four option periods of 12-months each.� The total value of the award shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Recorded Future, Inc. on or about August 31, 2020. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
