- Description
- The Department of Defense (DoD) established the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Cybersecurity (CS) Program to enhance and supplement DIB participants' capabilities to safeguard DoD information that resides on or transits DIB unclassified networks or information systems. This public-private cybersecurity partnership is designed to improve DIB network defenses, reduce damage to critical programs, and increase DoD and DIB cyber situational awareness. Under the DIB CS Program, DoD and DIB participants share unclassified and classified cyber threat information. This task order (TO) extension will provide web-based features that enable program participants to exchange classified and unclassified cyber threat information and collaborate with the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) on a daily basis Specific tasks will include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Requirements gathering, analysis, and decomposition during DIBNet development 2. Development and sustainment of DIBNet and its related components 3. Integration of third-party capabilities within the DIBNet baseline 4. Integration of data sources into the DIBNet infrastructure 5. Testing, documentation, accreditation, and training for the DIBNet
