- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with CHEYENNE RIVER SIOUX TRIBE TELEPHONE AUTHORITY. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The BIE, Cheyenne Eagle Butte Schools has a need for telephone and fax service. The anticipated period of performance will be from July 24, 2020 � June 30, 2021 with four option years. The total anticipated cost is $147,315.95. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517311. If a firm believes that BIA/BIE should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 5pm ET on July 23, 2020.
