- Acquire expert witness services to support the Air Force (AF) in its defense appeal of BES Construction, LLC., ASBCA No. 62175, which is pending before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (Board). The services of the expert will be required from Sept 2020 until the conclusion of the litigation. The ASBCA set the trial date for Jan 2021. JB Charleston requires an expert in construction, construction accounting and construction delay in order to defend against this claim. This is a Sole Source notice.
