- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a sole-source contract to Indtai, Inc., 2095 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 300, Vienna, VA 22182-3733 for a six-month period of performance of 28 July 2020 through 27 January 2021, for U.S. Army Continuing Education Support (ACES) Services for the Headquarters, U.S. Army Installation Management Command (HQ IMCOM), with services being provided at over 60 U.S. Army Garrisons in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.� The NAICS code for this requirement is 611710, Educational Support Services.� A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 � Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements was executed in support of this requirement and will be posted at a later date.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued.� This six-month period of performance will allow the Government additional time to complete the source selection process for the previously competitively solicited follow-on requirement (W9124J-20-R-0015), which is anticipated to be awarded on or about 28 Jan 2021.�
