- The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to establish a Purchase Order on a sole source basis for munitions stock pile weapons parts and accessories with: Glock, Inc. Address: 60000 Highlands Pkwy SE City: Smytha State/Province: GA ZIP Code: 30082-7204 Country: UNITED STATES This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994 � Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing. EMPLOYEE SIZE STANDARD: 1000. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
