- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Teledyne Lecroy Protocol Solutions Group 700 Chestnut Ridge Road Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977: Vendor Cage Code 55716. The requirement is for the following items: 1 Each � Frontline Coexistence Sodera - Dual Mode Advanced Wideband��Bluetooth Protocol Analyzer 1 Each � 802.11 a/b/g/n Protocol Analyzer Package 1 Each � One Year Software/Hardware Maintenance The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Teledyne Lecroy is the exclusive US distributor and manufacturer for the Frontline Coexistence Sodera � Dual Mode Advanced Wideband Bluetooth Protocol Analyzer and 802.11 a/b/g/n Protocol Analyzer Package.� The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.� If no affirmative written responses are received by�4:30 PM�EST on�25 July 2020, an award will be made without further notice.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
