- Description
- DoD Library Consortium requires a subscription to a comic and graphic novel database. RBdigital database Comics is a resource that meets the needed requirement in an accessible database. This database supports the quality of life mission of DoD MWR Libraries.�Must have access to over 16,000 major brand comics and graphic novels from over 93 publishers. Must be able to search collection by title and series. Comics must be major brands to include Disney and Marvel�. Comics and graphic novels must be able to be checked out for 30-days. Must be able to checkout comics as a volume vs. a single issue. Must be able to be accessed/read through a company app or online. Must offer a customizable patron interface with library branding. Must have Machine Readable Cataloging (MARC) records. Must be accessible via one platform. Must be able to provide password embedded URL�s for access through Library OPACS. Must be able to interface with the Air Force Portal, Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Marine Corps, Military OneSource, and Navy Digital Library (NDL).
