- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Solicitation 140D0420Q0480 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 (05-06-2020). This is being set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) small businesses. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The NAICS code is 541519 (size standard: $30,000,000.00) - Other Computer Related Services and the PSC code is D319 -IT and Telecom - Annual Software Maintenance and Service Plans.
