- Description
- The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire through full and open competition, comprehensive media search, clipping, and distribution services on behalf of the Navy Office of Information (CHINFO). It is contemplated that the resultant contract will include a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods which will be evaluated. This commercial item acquisition will be conducted using SAP-CI procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 and Part 12. The specific requirement is fully defined in the attached RFP, which contains the PWS and all the terms and conditions which will apply to the resultant contract. The solicitation will require the submission of a price and a non-price proposal. The anticipated solicitation closing date is 3 August 2020. A firm-fixed price commercial items contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the NAVSUP FLC Philadelphia.
