- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation 15B20520Q00000019 for Roman Catholic Services.� The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the best overall value to the Government: in regards to price, delivery, and past performance.� The solicitation will be made available on or about JULY 31st, 2020 and will be posted to www.betasam.gov.� All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation.� The anticipated final date to ask questions for the solicitation will be AUGUST 10th, 2020 with the questions answered on AUGUST 14th, 2020.� All questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation on www.betasam.gov. Any questions for clarification may be emailed to CCoushaine@bop.gov.� Verbal questions shall NOT be answered. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is AUGUST 21st, 2020; however, this is a projected. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Completed offeres must be sent by email to: CCoushaine@bop.gov. The anticipated award date is AUGUST 28th, 2020. The base year of the BPA will run from June 1st, 2020 through May 31st, 2021.
