- Description
- NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a requirement to award a purchase order to General Standards Corporation (GSC), Analog Input (A/D) Cards, Discrete Analog (D/A) Cards, Breakout Boards, Frame Sync Cards and Cables in support of the Integrated Avionics Test Facility (IATF) Labs.NASA/MSFC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the Analog Input(A/D) Cards, Discrete Analog (D/A) Cards, Breakout Boards, Frame Sync Cards and Cables in support of the Integrated Avionics Test Facility (IATF) Labs.from General Standards Corporation GSC.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact (Harold.Smith-1@NASA.GOV) no later than July 24, 2020 by 4:30 P.M. CST. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
