- This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Access Security Corp. of 1025 Thomas Drive in Warminster, PA. Anticipated Contract Line Items (CLINs) are as follows: � Base Period: Building 2A Security system upgrades and refresh services per the SOW � Base Period: Building 2B Security system upgrades and refresh services per the SOW � Base Period: Building 7D Security system upgrades and refresh services per the SOW � Base Period: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW � Option 1: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW � Option 2: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW � Option 3: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW � Option 4: Security System Maintenance Services per the SOW The Government intends to negotiate solely with Access Security Corp. under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b), Only Capable Source. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 and the size standard is $22 Million. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the agency. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice or required for solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Paige Miller at Paige.miller2@navy.mil by 23 July 2020. All responses received on or before said date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. To respond to this announcement, you must be registered to the NIWC E-Commerce website at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil and upload your inquiry under NIWC Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions/N66001-20-Q-6566 All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
