- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is IHS1396348. The solicitation is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). The associated NAICS code is 238210. All services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. Place of Performance: Navajo Area Office, 262 Hwy 264 IHS Complex, St. Michael�s, AZ. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead stationery, signed and dated. Quotes must include the following: Solicitation number Name, address and telephone number of the offeror and emailed address of the contact person Technical description of the item being offered Fee schedule Completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications (MAR 2020) 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
