- See attached Amenement 0001. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Government�s requirements are for the procurement of Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) Support Services on Camp Foster in Okinawa, Japan in support of III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF).� III Marine Expeditionary Force requires on-site support in the realm of oracle based system knowledge.� These support services are critical to the technical support of III MEF operations and communications including collaboration/command and control, readiness tracking, and user access within the GCSS-MC system. See attached Solicitation M6740020Q0002. All and any communications/questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in the format provided in Attachment 2 to the Point of Contact below, no later than 15 July 2020 by 15:00 Japanese Standard Time (JST).� If an offeror believes that the requirements in these instructions contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the offeror shall immediately notify the Contract Specialist in writing with supporting rationale.�
