Description: The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) requires technical support services in the definition and development of a project focused on increasing the productivity of land in Malawi. This requirement will focus on insufficient public revenue mobilization and inefficient allocation of public and utilization of public funding at the national and municipal level. This requirement will be carried out in two phases, a Base Period (Phase One) and an Option Period (Phase Two).
