- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Walker Environmental Research LLC located in Brunswick, ME for the expansion of a web-based stream temperature database for the Conte Anadromous Fish Laboratory in Turner Falls, Massachusetts. The period of performance is 08/01/2020 to 07/31/2021. There are four one-year option periods. Walker Environmental Research LLC is the only source uniquely qualified to perform these services in the United States. This purchase order builds from previous projects in the ecosheds.org web system. Walker Environmental Research LLC is the primary developer and coder for the existing project and will use the existing code and data streams as the core foundation for the follow on project. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to krschneider@usgs.gov. The NAICS code is 541620. The size standard is $16.5 Million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 07/31/2020. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price.
