When originally posted, the Solicitation listed fluency in Turkish and Swahili Languages as a requirement. The NEW Solicitation has been updated to reflect the accurate requirements of fluency in English and Swahili Languages under Instructions to Applicants, starting on page 1 of 23, and the attached Job Vacancy. The Solicitation has been extended to 2:00pm EST July 27, 2020. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), is seeking applications from qualified Kenyan citizens in Kenya to provide services as a Country Program Coordinator (CPC) in Nairobi, Kenya under a Personal Service Contract (PSC), as described in the following Solicitation: 20341920Q00001.
