- Amendment 001:� Please see additional attachment:� Question and Answers for FAA Houston Weed Control.� There are no other changes.� The due date and time remain the same. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide weed/herbicide services at multiple locations in Texas, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Small Business Set-Aside.� The applicable NAICS code for this project is 561730, landscaping services. Submit Offers To: See Part IV, Section L of the solicitation. The Contracting Officer's address is 2200 S. 216th Street, Des Moines, WA� 98198. NOTE: Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to the FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law. This is a request for offers, thus no formal bid opening will occur and results will not be available by telephone.� DO NO CALL FOR RESULTS.
