- Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services at the St Albans Community Living Center, Brooklyn and Manhattan Medical Campuses of the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System located at: St. Albans Community Living Center of the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System 17900 Linden Blvd, Jamaica, NY, 11425 Brooklyn VA Medical Campus of the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System 800 Poly Pl, Brooklyn, NY 11209 Manhattan VA Medical Campus of the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System 423 E 23rd St, New York, NY 10010 The VA anticipates posting an SDVOSB set-aside RFQ for this requirement to beta.sam.gov on or about July 31, 2020. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.sam.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code: 561730 (Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping) with a Small Business Size Standard of $8M Classification Code: S208. Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24220Q0930 Anticipated Closing Response Date: August 31,2020 Period of Performance: October 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2021, with two subsequent option years Description: Year-round grounds maintenance and landscaping services to be provided to the St Albans Community Living Center, Brooklyn and Manhattan Medical Campuses of the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System from 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2021 to include two option years. These services shall include lawn maintenance services, , planting bed maintenance services, tree and shrub maintenance services and snow removal services.
