- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation R6-01-20�is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-02. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238120�and the small business size standard is $16.5�million.��This requirement is for the rental, delivery and setup of concrete jersey barrriers�aapproximately between August�1, 20020through October�31, 2020,. to Multnomah Falls and Wahkeena Falls, Bridal Veil, OR 97010.� Offerors must include descriptive literature with their offers. Solicitation provision of FAR 2.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun�2020) is hereby incorporated by reference. The government will evaluate bids in response to the solicitation without discussion and will award contract to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government considering only price. Offerors are reminded to include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jun�2020), with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Oct 2018) is hereby incorporated by reference. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jul 2020), is hereby incorporated by reference. The following paragraph applies to this solicitation and any resultant contract: 52.246-17.
