- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space Agency: Social Security Administration (SSA) State: AZ City: Globe Delineated Area: W: Old Oak Street in Claypool; E: Junction of Highway 60, Highway 70 and Highway 77; N: � mile North of Highway 60; S: � mile of Highway 60; the Central Business District of Globe. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,121 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,147 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A ---------------------------------------- Additional Requirements: BUILDING CRITERIA AND LOCATION ���������� A.������ Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. ���������� B.������ Efficient use of space: configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide), size, number, and placement of columns (columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square). ����������� C.������ First floor or upper floor contiguous space (on one floor) with a minimum of two accessible elevators.� One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. PARKING ���������� A.������ Spaces provided as per city code. ---------------------------------------- Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Globe, AZ that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
